The priority application deadline for the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016
semesters is March 15, 2015.

Prospective students apply during their freshman year to attend CSG during the Fall or Spring semester of their sophomore year of high school. Students who submit all application materials by March 15, 2015 will be notified in April. If space is still available after the initial application review, we will continue to accept applications and admit students on a rolling basis.

A complete application includes the following: 

  • Student Application form
  • Student Essay
  • Parent/Guardian Recommendation
  • Academic Recommendation
  • Character Recommendation
  • Transcript
  • $35 Application Fee

If applying for financial aid, families must complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) on the National Association of Independent Schools website. Please submit all financial aid forms before the March 15th priority deadline. Click here for more information about applying for financial aid. 

CSG’s application materials can be completed online. Please share the link to the online recommendation forms with your Academic and Character references.

Please print the Request for Transcript form, fill out the information and give it to your academic advisor, guidance counselor, or head of school. The transcripts can be faxed, scanned and emailed, or mailed directly from your school’s office. If the transcript is to be mailed, please provide a stamped envelope addressed to Coastal Studies for Girls at the address below.
