Student Application

 

 

Please fill in the following forms electronically and print them to be included with the completed Application for Admission.  When you request recommendation letters from your references, please send them to the Student Application page of our website to download the forms directly; once they have completed their recommendation form, they will return it to you in a sealed envelope to be included with your completed application. Thank you for your interest in Coastal Studies for Girls!  We look forward to receiving your application. 

 

**It is important to save the following forms to your own computer before filling in any information!  Otherwise, the content of the forms will not be saved.  To do this, open the forms, select "Save As" and save the forms to your desktop.  Then re-open the form from your desktop and complete the form from that location only.** 

 

A completed application includes all of the following materials mailed in a single envelope:

Student Application form (2 pages)

Application Essay form and student essay responses (1 page form and ≤ 3 page essay)

Parent/Guardian Recommendation form (2 pages)

Academic Recommendation form (in sealed envelope)

Character Recommendation form (in sealed envelope)

Copy of academic transcript from your most recently completed semester

$20 non-refundable application fee (check should be written to Coastal Studies for Girls; may be paid online via our Make a Payment page)
